Clint, like many parents, taught his kids to dally by setting them up on their saddle then running their rope for them, much in the same way a steer would run after being caught. When Clint was available, the kids weren’t in the mood to practice. When the kids were in the mood, he didn’t have the time. Eventually, roping turned into a fight that no one enjoyed!
Clint knew there had to be a better way, and so, The Dally Dummy was born! It was molded from the front of his saddle and is manufactured here in the PNW. The kids were now able to practice on their own, anytime they wanted, making the creation of muscle memory a fun experience, once again.
The family runs a few head of cattle in Lakeview, Oregon, a historical ranch community, as well as roping together every chance they get!
